Standard multi-lap Enduro format - strictly social The person with the most laps in the allotted time wins Short course option for the less experienced Long course options for those looking for more of a challenge Official TAE timing (ie. a stopwatch!) Course marking Prizes for race and series winners Post race BBQ (for a small charge to be donated to Shake It Up) Cost: Shane are Richelle are organising this social get together to raise money for Shake It Up, Funding Research for finding a cure for Parkinsons. RSVP: 21st July on our Facebook page IMPORTANT INFORMATION The question has been asked about whether there is any insurance for this event. The answer to this is no, this is strictly a social ride. As if you were out riding with your mates. We are providing a way for riders to get together and to introduce new riders to the joys of the trails. As a bonus you will get trail markings, so you dont get lost! Bike hire: If you dont have a mountain bike, there are bikes available for hire at Trailmix. Please make sure you allow enough time to sort out your bike hire before the race starts. They open at 8am. Location: Lysterfield Park, enter via Horswood Rd. (Enter Trailmix Lysterfield your mapping device) Start/Finish will be next to the Mahogany car park. When driving in the Horswood Rd entrance to the park, go straight at the first roundabout, go through the park gates, and turn right at the second roundabout. This is the Mahogany car park - park in the section to the right as you drive into the carpark. |
